Each mill comes individually boxed in its own special Millstone presentation tube making a beautiful gift which is easy to wrap.
The King comes in Black (pepper) & the Queen in Natural (salt). Our King and Queen are now 15 years old they still look as good as new. This week the grinder broke in our salt mill. We phoned up to see if we could get a replacement part. I have had my King and Queen for more than 20 years. Recently my King wasn’t grinding as well as usual, after a quick email to Mark I realised I’d mixed up the heads whilst refilling them (duh! Mine are the same colour though) I asked best way to repair a small crack, and I’m being sent a new piece free of charge, which must be the best customer service EVER! My mills get used every single day, and they still work as perfectly as when new. They still look as good as new too! Guests always comment how lovely they are. Thank you!

We bought our King and Queen many years ago ( could it be 15!) and they are still going strong with the mechanisms working well to grind salt and pepper. We use them daily. In visiting the market today we learnt that there is a lifetime guarantee on the grinders, really good to know if we ever do need to get them replaced.

We purchased the King and Queen mills for our daughter and son-in-law (they live in Dorset) about 5 years ago at Winchester Christmas Market. Unfortunately the salt mill had become damp and the mechanism would no longer grind properly.
